  • U.S. Shipping: Delivery within 7-9 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value.

Rates will be displayed at checkout.

  • Orders of $51 and Above: Free shipping
  • Orders of $0.01 to $50.99: Flat rate of $4.99

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email including a tracking number and a link for real-time updates on your order's location. Alternatively, you can track your order through our delivery status page.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we will send you a free replacement (100% cost covered) for your order.

Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be made within 7 days of the delivery date by contacting our customer service team at info@mypurelymph.com

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
